Orlando Williams is the president, chief executive officer, and chief equity officer of Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc. Before founding Motus in 2006, Orlando started his recruiting career as an ambassador for prospective athletes at the University of Oregon. He also served in a high-profile advocacy role as a player and Community Outreach Ambassador of Goodwill for the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters. After working as a corporate recruiter at the Nike World Headquarters, he never looked back. He attended the University of Oregon where he played basketball and earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He currently sits on the board for Central City Concern, Oregon Health Authority, Legacy Health Foundation, Black American Chamber of Commerce, and Portland Business Alliance. In his free time, he can be found spending time with his family and reading history.
