Vanessa Sturgeon is the President & CEO of TMT Development. The company was founded by her grandfather, Thomas P. Moyer, Vanessa started learning the business while still in college. Today, she leads a team that manages more than 6.5 million square feet of mixed-use high-rise assets, retail shopping centers, and industrial parks in Oregon and Washington. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Communications and Print Journalism. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Willamette University. She currently sits on the board for Portland Business Alliance, Downtown Clean & Safe, and R&H Construction. When she has free time, she can be found skiing with her family and attending her kids sporting events.
