Jerry Elliot is the president & founder at Elliot, Ostrander & Preston (E.O.P. Law). Jerry assists clients primarily in business and real estate matters. His practice includes business formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and real estate deals. He has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan. He currently holds board positions for the Rotary Club, Junior Achievement, Church Camp, and an environmental organization. In his free time, Jerry likes hiking, boating, meditation, tai-chi, and attending sporting events.
