EUGENE, OR — October 30, 2023 — Summit Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Jin Plummer as Vice President, Business Client Advisor. At Summit, Plummer will leverage his extensive experience in community banking and finance, along with a proven track record in the banking industry, to provide tailored financial solutions and personalized service to Summit Bank’s business and nonprofit clients.
Plummer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the position, with a career spanning over two decades in the financial sector. He most recently served as a Vice President/Business Banking Officer at a regional bank. Plummer has developed and managed new and existing banking relationships, built robust networks of referral sources, and actively participated in community events and organizations. Plummer’s dedication to fostering team collaboration, analyzing financial statements, and managing small business loan portfolios has consistently translated into successful outcomes for clients.

Plummer recently graduated from Pacific Coast Banker’s School, the nation’s premier graduate-level management program explicitly focused on the financial services industry. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Finance from Northwest Christian College.
Plummer is deeply committed to community involvement, having served on various boards, including Springfield Leadership, the Oregon Club, Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation/Community LendingWorks, and as Treasurer at Waypoint Community Church in Springfield.
