Scott was part of the Bank’s founding Management team in 2003. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, focusing on Portfolio Management and Financial Services. Before founding Summit Bank, Scott served as the chief financial officer for Bit-by-Bit Computers, Inc. and held analyst and lender positions with Wells Fargo Bank and Siuslaw Valley Bank.
