Melanie Elmore graduated with a BS in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Oregon. Before joining Summit Bank in 2018, Melanie worked as an event coordinator for Lane Community College and as a private wedding planner. She acquired an interest in Small Business lending because it allows her to be innovative and witness firsthand the growth and successes of local business owners. In her free-time, Melanie enjoys playing with her two dogs, Barney and Ellie, crafting, and spending quality time with her husband. She hopes interested borrowers know that SBA lending can find creative solutions for a large variety of projects and sizes.
