John is a Director and joined Summit Bank’s Board on September 2, 2025. He retired in 2024 from Trammell Crow Company/CBRE after senior roles including President of Western Operations & Capital Markets, Chief Operating Officer, and National Director of Development & Investment. He is a co-founder of Rogue Venture Partners and has served on the CBRE Foundation and Lake Oswego School District Foundation boards; he also serves on the advisory board of Financial Beginnings. John currently chairs OSU Athletics, co-chairs the OSU Foundation Campaign Steering Committee, and is a past chair of the OSU Foundation Board. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Oregon State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
