Jay Moore is a board certified orthopedic surgeon for The Center. He has a fellowship training in foot and ankle conditions. He provides comprehensive, individualized orthopedic care to the communities of Bend and Prineville. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, attended Medical School at Tulane University, and completed his residency at the University of Colorado. He completed his fellowship from the University of Washington, Harborview Medical Center, and Seattle Advanced Clinical Experience.
