Chris currently holds the position of Relationship Banking Manager for our Portland offices and has been in banking for over ten years, spanning most aspects of branch leadership and business banking. He believes banking is a “service first” industry and prides himself on delivering a world-class client experience. In his role at Summit, he oversees the Portland region’s operations and treasury management team and assists clients through the onboarding process and their day-to-day banking needs. Outside of the office, Barron currently serves as the Advisory Board Chair of the YMCA Columbia-Willamette, on the Finance Committee for the Washington County Chamber of Commerce and OHSU Tuality Foundation, and is the Vice-Chair of the City of North Plain’s Economic Development Committee.
