Summit Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Barron to Vice President, Relationship Banking Manager for our Portland market. With over a decade of banking experience, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
Since being hired a little over a year ago as a Business Banking Associate, Chris has quickly become a key person to manage new and existing banking relationships in the Portland market. He manages a portfolio of business clients and in that role, provides exceptional service to help them achieve their financial goals. He also manages the deposit and office teams. In his new role as Vice President, he will continue to build strong relationships with clients in the Portland Metro Area.

Barron is an active member of the community, serving as board chair for the YMCA’s West Advisory Board, vice chair of the City of North Plains Economic Development Committee, finance board member for the Washington County Chamber and a member of the finance committee for OHSU Tuality Foundation. He is committed to making a positive impact on the communities where he lives and works.
