Richard is a Founding Director of Summit Bank. He has been a practicing Emergency and Occupational Medicine physician with Cascade Medical Associates since 1979 and is their current President. He is also managing partner of Eugene Urgent Care walk-in clinics and the Medical Director of Cascade Health Solutions Occupational Medicine Program. He serves on the boards of Cascade Health Solutions, McKenzie Willamette Medical Center, and the Safety and Health Institute.
