Summit Bank Welcomes Kristin Bauer as Vice President, Treasury Management Manager to Downtown Portland Office 

Portland, Ore. — Summit Bank is excited to welcome Kristin Bauer as Vice President, Treasury Management Manager for the Portland Metropolitan market. With more than 20 years of commercial banking experience, Bauer is a recognized expert in treasury management, deposit growth, and client onboarding. Her proven leadership and forward-thinking vision make her an outstanding addition to Summit Bank and the greater Portland community. 

In her new role, Bauer will work closely with commercial clients to improve cash flow, deliver customized treasury solutions, and cultivate strong relationships that produce measurable results and long-term growth. Her position is vital to furthering Summit Bank’s mission and long-term goals. 

Bauer holds a BBA in Finance, Law, and Public Policy from Gonzaga University and began her career as a Treasury and Investment Analyst. She later earned an MBA from Willamette University, further developing her financial expertise. Most recently, she graduated from the prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School (PCBS) and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). 

Beyond her professional achievements, Bauer is deeply devoted to community service. She currently serves as Ambassador Committee Chair for the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce. She is an active board member for two local nonprofits—acting as Treasurer for the Good Neighbor Center and Chair for the Serendipity Center.
