Seasoned commercial banking leader to join Eugene & Springfield Office
EUGENE, OR (April 28, 2026) — Summit Bank has announced Troy Reichenberger as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Co-Team Leader in its Eugene & Springfield office, adding an experienced commercial banking leader to one of the bank’s key Oregon markets.
Reichenberger brings extensive experience in commercial lending, relationship management, and team development. He previously served in senior leadership and relationship management roles at local and regional banks in Eugene, where he led lending teams, managed client portfolios, and supported substantial loan growth. His background includes commercial lending, underwriting, credit analysis, portfolio management, business development, and team leadership.
In his new role, Reichenberger will help lead Summit Bank’s Eugene & Springfield commercial banking team, support continued client growth, and strengthen the bank’s presence in the local business community.

Reichenberger earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has built his career around helping businesses navigate growth, opportunity, and long-term financial success.
