Bend, OR—[August 6th, 2024]— In her new role, Rodriguez will oversee operations at the Redmond and Bend Branch Offices, assist with the production team and market share growth, onboard new treasury management clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients. Her knowledge and leadership will enhance the Bank’s offerings in the region.
Rodriguez has nearly 40 years of experience in the banking industry, with more than 33 years at community banks. She brings expertise to Summit Bank in the areas of CRM, treasury management, fraud prevention, lending, and operations.

Originally from Laguna Beach, Rodriguez has spent the past 20 years in Central Oregon.
She attended West Coast Banking School and Irvine Valley Community College. Her community involvement includes participation in Junior Achievement BizTown & Financial Literacy High School programs, SMART Reading, and HomeSource of NeighborImpact Financial Education for home buyers.
