Steve Buettner is the president and owner of SunWest Builders, a local general construction company deeply rooted in Central Oregon for over 35 years. SunWest has a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects including healthcare, public facilities, hospitality, and high-end residential. Committed to community, Steve has served on several local boards, supports a broad range of non-profits and was instrumental in working with COCC to bring career and technical education in the construction industry to the region’s workforce. In his free time Steve spends as much time with family as possible and enjoys biking, skiing and travel.Â
