Scott Wells is Summit Bank’s commercial banking team lead with an emphasis on Association lending. Scott is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a degree in economics. Prior to joining Summit, Scott spent 21 years in commercial lending in various community banks in California and Oregon with the past 15 years spent lending to growth-minded businesses in Oregon. He has been advising and lending to community associations for the past 10 years. Scott is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and the Oregon Washington Community Association Managers (OWCAM) industry groups and served for a short time on CAI’s board as the treasurer. He is a previous board member of Youth for Christ. He is also a licensed attorney in California. Scott spends his free time with his family, playing soccer (he’s an FC Bayern Munich superfan) and running.
