As Vice President and Business Client Advisor, Roger is responsible for relationship management and development and loan and deposit generation for our Central Oregon region. As the long-time- Chief Executive Officer for Economic Development for Central Oregon (EDCO), he brings nearly 30 years of economic development strategy including business recruitment and retention, industry development, and strategic projects to improve the overall business climate of Central Oregon. Roger attended the University of Idaho where he majored in Economics and German. He studied Political economy at Phillips University in Germany, and later attended the University of Washington and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics. For the past eight years, he has served on the Loan Committee for Evergreen Business Capital, a leading SBA 504 Business Lender. He is also a member of the OSU Cascades Innovation District Steering Committee.
