Raj Pelon brings over 15 years of banking and leadership experience in the Eugene/Springfield market. He joins Summit Bank from prior roles at leading regional and community banks, where he was recognized for building strong teams, driving service excellence, and mentoring future leaders. At Pacific Continental Bank’s Coburg Road branch, he maintained a perfect retention rate over three years. Raj will support the new accounts and teller teams while leading client service and business development efforts.
