Heather Gabbert is Vice President and Market Development Officer for Eugene & Springfield, connecting local businesses with Summit Bank’s relationship-based banking and treasury solutions. With more than a decade in relationship banking, branch leadership, and operations, Heather is recognized for responsive client service and strong community partnerships. She currently serves on the Leadership Eugene Springfield Steering Committee, the Relief Nursery Leadership Board, and is engaged with the Boys & Girls Club of Emerald Valley and Food for Lane County. Heather has been recognized as a 2025 Women Business Leader Finalist and a 2022 “20 Under 40” Rising Business Star by the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, and listening to audiobooks and podcasts. A recent golf enthusiast, she’s quick to say yes to any trip or concert, and living by her motto: “Just book the trip; you’ll figure out the details later.” In the past two years, she’s visited more than a dozen countries and states, always ready for the next adventure.
