With over 20 years of experience in commercial insurance, business consulting, and workforce strategy, Don works closely with business owners to deliver customized lending solutions and strategic guidance. Prior to joining Summit, he led his own consulting firm and has held leadership roles across the region. Don is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of Opportunity Knocks, City Club of Bend, and the Central Oregon Employers Council.
