Over the past two years, acquisition agreements involving five Oregon-headquartered banks have been announced. Two of those transactions have closed, and three remain pending. Today, only 12 independent community banks remain headquartered in Oregon. If the pending transactions are completed, that number will fall to nine. This ongoing consolidation underscores the importance of local banks like Summit Bank, where decisions remain rooted in the communities we serve. This purpose continues to guide our growth and investments.
