Hayden Watson is the Owner and Chairman of Hayden Homes & Simplicity by Hayden Homes. Hayden Homes is the largest privately held home builder in the Northwest, and has built more than 20,000 homes in 300 communities in 65 cities and towns throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Hayden earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of the Pacific. He later attended Harvard Business School where he earned certificate from the Owner & President Management Program and Executive Training program. He is a board member of the National Association of Homebuilders, International Homebuilders Council, and the Urban Land Institute. In his free time, he likes to hang with his family, Ski, hunt, fish, and travel.
