Eugene, OR — Summit Bank is proud to announce that Chloe Chapman, Vice President, and Business Client Advisor based in the Eugene & Springfield office, has been selected as one of the Portland Business Journal’s 2025 40 Under 40 honorees.
Now in its 28th year, the 40 Under 40 program celebrates rising leaders across Oregon and Southwest Washington who demonstrate excellence in their careers and outstanding commitment to their communities. With more than 170 nominations submitted this year, Chloe’s selection reflects the depth of her professional achievements and civic engagement.
“I am humbled and honored to be recognized as the Class of 2025 40 Under 40 honoree by the Portland Business Journal and am deeply inspired by my fellow honorees,” said Chapman. “Leadership is about using our strengths to empower others to accomplish together what would have been impossible individually. As a finance professional serving our Oregon community, I have the immense privilege of working alongside remarkable local businesses and nonprofits to address our state’s most critical challenges and opportunities. This honor is for them! I am so grateful to my alma mater, the UO Lundquist College of Business, for this nomination and my employer, Summit Bank, for championing community banking. Let’s go, Ducks!”
Chloe also shared: “Being named to the Portland Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 is an incredible honor and a deeply personal milestone. As someone who grew up in Portland, this city shaped my values, my work ethic, and my passion for building meaningful relationships. To be recognized among so many inspiring leaders who are helping move our region forward means the world to me.”
“Chloe exemplifies the qualities we value most at Summit Bank—leadership, integrity, and a genuine dedication to the people and businesses we serve,” said Jenny Bennett, Market President. “She has built strong client relationships, contributed meaningfully to our regional growth, and remained deeply involved in community efforts that align with our values. We could not be happier to see her recognized on this list.”
Chloe joins an alumni network of influential individuals shaping the economic and cultural landscape of the Pacific Northwest. She will be honored at the Portland Business Journal’s annual awards celebration in early 2025.
