Fernando Lira is the Relationship Banking Officer serving our Portland/Hillsboro markets. Fernando supports the treasury management & deposit operations team, focusing on providing exceptional service to all clients. Additionally, Fernando assists clients through onboarding and daily banking needs. Fernando is a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and marketing from Pacific University. Furthermore, he also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Management and organizational Behavior Management from Pacific University. Fernando possesses robust data analysis, finance, community engagement, and business development skills. He has a deep commitment to the community and giving back, which is reflected in the six boards & commissions he serves on: the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Latino Advisory Commission, Washington County Audit Committee, West Region YMCA Advisory Council, Washington County Housing Advisory Committee, Washington County Chamber of Commerce Latino Business Advisory Council, and the Oregon Banker’s Association BIPOC Task Force.
